Danielle Wyatt is a popular female cricket star from England. Off late, she has been making headlines not just for her exceptional cricketing skills but also for her personal life.
Wyatt has been in a relationship with a football agent Georgie Hodge since 2019. The couple exchanged rings and announced their engagement on social media on Thursday.
Both Wyatt and Hodge started dating in 2019 and they have been living together for four years in London. They love sharing their memorable moments on social media. Wyatt was part of the England cricket team which made it to the semi-final of the recently-concluded 2023 Women’s T20 World Cup. However, she surprisingly went unsold in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023 auction. The inaugural edition of the T20 league will start on March 4.
The all-rounder has played 102 ODIs and 143 T20Is for the England women’s team so far. She has scored 1776 runs and captured 27 wickets in the 50-over format. Wyatt has scored 2369 runs and scalped 46 wickets in T20s.

They say determination with an optimistic attitude is the key to success. The saying matches well with Dr Ashish Anshuman Panda, who bagged second position in the Medical Officer (Assistant Surgeon) recruitment examination conducted by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC); the result of which was declared recently.
Ashish, a graduate from MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur, qualified the examination in flying colours and aspires to pursue Post Graduation (PG) in paediatrics.
Posted at Simulia PHC, Ashish dedicated his success to his parents and family members.
“I graduated from MKCG Medical College and Hospital in 2021. I started my internship in May 2021 which ended in May 2022. I appeared for the OPSC Assistant Surgeon examination on Feb 20, 2023 and the results were declared on March 29. I secured second position in the examination. I dedicate this success to my parents, family members and well-wishers for their constant support,” a delighted Ashish said.
“When we join MBBS course, we take the Hippocratic Oath to provide health care to all even to a downtrodden patient. I am posted at Simulia PHC for last 10 months. I will do my PG in paediatrics and serve the people,” he added.
Elated over Ashish’s success, his mother said, “My son is very studious since childhood. I am very happy for his success. I want him to serve people and establish himself as a good doctor in the state.”
Similarly, the joy of Ashish’s father knew no bounds. “I cannot express my feelings in words. I want my son to become a good doctor and treat patients free of cost,” he said.
