April 2013 crossover episode has not previously streamed in English

Toei Animation announced on Friday that Adult Swim‘s Toonami programming block will air the 590th episode of the One Piece – which is a crossover between One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, and Toriko – on March 4 at 1:00 a.m. EST (effectively March 5). Toonami skipped the episode and went straight from episode 589 to 591 last October. Neither Crunchyroll nor Funimation have ever streamed the 590th episode, although both have streamed episode 492, which is a crossover between just One Piece and Toriko.
One Piece‘s 590th episode is part of a one-hour special with Toriko‘s 99th episode that originally aired in Japan in April 2013. The latter episode is not scheduled to air on Toonami. Likewise, Crunchyroll and Funimation have never streamed Toriko‘s 99th episode. The Toriko anime has never aired on Toonami either.
The companies have not confirmed whether the version airing on Toonami will be in Japanese with English subtitles or dubbed in English. Another episode of One Piece is scheduled to air at its usual 1:30 a.m. time slot on Toonami.
The ongoing anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda‘s One Piece manga premiered in 1999.
One Piece debuted on Cartoon Network‘s original Toonami block in 2005. Adult Swim‘s Toonami block began airing One Piece in May 2013 starting with episode 207. The premiere garnered 995,000 viewers. The anime left the block in March 2017 with episode 384. The anime returned to Toonami in January 2022 with episodes 517-518.
Shimabukuro’s gourmet battle manga Toriko launched in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2008, and ended in November 2016. Viz Media published the manga in North America. The manga inspired a 147-episode television anime series in 2011-2014. Crunchyroll streamed the series, and Funimation released part of the series on DVD. The manga also inspired several anime specials and crossover specials, and an anime film in 2013.
The most recent Dragon Ball franchise anime Dragon Ball Super premiered in Japan in July 2015 on Fuji TV and other channels, and ended on March 2018.
The Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero anime film opened in Japan in June 2022. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures screened the film in theaters last August.

Famed designers Mahiro Maeda, Ikuto Yamashita, and Yutaka Izubuchi — who have collaborated with Anno on many previous projects such as Evangelion — were the designers for the film. (Yamashita was already previously revealed as the designer of the updated Cyclone motorcycle.) Isao Tsuge was the costume designer. Taku Iwasaki (Read or Die, Jormungand, Gurren Lagann) composded the music.
Shinichiro Shirakura was the executive producer, with Daiju Koide and Kazutoshi Wadakura credited as producers. Muneyuki Kii is credited for planning and production. Tōru Mori was the line producer, and Masanori Kawashima was the associate producer.

Anno directed, scripted, and produced the film. Shotaro Ishinomori is credited as the original creator.
In addition to co-writing and directing the Evangelion franchise, Anno is the writer and chief director of the Shin Godzilla film and the writer of the Shin Ultraman film.

Crunchyroll announced on Friday that it will stream the Sasaki and Miyano: Graduation, To Every You I’ve Loved Before, and To Me, The One Who Loved You anime films.
Sasaki to Miyano: Sotsugyo-hen (Graduation Chapter), the new anime film based on Shō Harusono‘s Sasaki and Miyano manga, will stream in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, India, and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The film will screen at SakuraCon from April 7-9 and Anime Central from May 19-21, ahead of the unannounced premiere date on Crunchyroll.
The film premiered in Japan on February 17, and screened alongside an anime short adaptation of Harusono’s Hirano and Kagiura spinoff manga.
Shinji Ishihira returned to direct the film at Studio DEEN. Other returning staff members include Takahiro Ueno as assistant director, Yoshiko Nakamura as screenwriter, Maki Fujii as character designer, and Kana Shibue as composer.
The television anime adaptation of Harusono’s Sasaki and Miyano manga premiered in January 2022 and aired for 12 episodes. Funimation streamed the anime as it aired and also streamed an English dub.
An OVA for the franchise shipped on DVD with the ninth volume of the main manga in July 2022. Harusono drafted the original anime episode, titled “Koi ni Kizuku Mae no Chotto Shita Hanashi.” The episode is considered the 13th episode of the television anime series. Crunchyroll is streaming the episode.
The anime films of Yomiji Otono’s Boku ga Aishita Subete no Kimi e (To Every You I’ve Loved Before) and Kimi o Aishita Hitori no Boku e (To Me, The One Who Loved You) novels will begin streaming on Crunchyroll on April 20 in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and India.
Both films opened simultaneously in Japan on October 7.
Each movie had different directors and animation studios. Jun Matsumoto (Brothers Conflict, Night Raid 1931) directed Boku ga Aishita Subete no Kimi e at BAKKEN RECORD. Kenichi Kasai (Honey and Clover, Nodame Cantabile, Amanchu!) directed Kimi o Aishita Hitori no Boku e at TMS Entertainment. Riko Sakaguchi (The Tale of the Princess Kaguya, Mary and The Witch’s Flower) penned the script for both films, and shimano (JK Haru is a Sex Worker in Another World novel cover art) was credited for character design concepts for both films.
Otono released the two science-fiction romance novels on the same day on June 23, 2016. Both complement each other, but can be read in either order. The books take place in a world where traveling to parallel worlds is a common, everyday occurrence.
Boku ga Aishita Subete no Kimi e centers on Koyomi Takasaki, a boy who lives with his mother after his parents divorce. He attempts to make friends in his new college prep school, but his social awkwardness combined with an atmosphere of focusing on studies means he is unsuccessful. One day, his classmate Kazune Takigawa approaches him, and tells him that she is actually from World Line 85, where she and Koyomi are lovers.
Kimi o Aishita Hitori no Boku e centers on Koyomi Hidaka, a boy who lives with his father after his parents divorce. He meets a girl named Shiori Satō at his father’s research lab, and they begin a relationship that is slowly blossoming into love. But everything changes when their parents decide to marry each other, and they decide to move to a parallel world where they are not stepsiblings.
